Around Ohio
This little bird looks like a cross between a flamingo and a pelican. Sacred ibises are native to East African wetlands, where they probe the mud in search of food. They roost, feed, and fly in large groups, but build their own nests, sometimes on top of telephone poles. What an interesting bird!

What a lovely soft white and blue-tinted black--beautiful bird!
I'm assuming you saw all these exotic birds at the zoo. Were they all in the same habitat at the zoo? You have some gorgeous shots!
Very nice angle and pose! I didn't know such a bird existed.
All of the birds were in several large wire-enclosed areas around the zoo. Birds from the same part of the world were together.
I wonder what it's thinking in that little black head...:)
