It's not often you get to see a brand new, freshly-painted water tower. At least this one looks brand new to me, and it has the name of the park painted on the top. I thought it was a pretty neat idea to put the observation deck on it. I like how the support beams make geometric patterns against the sky, giving the effect of a giant spider. Climbing to the 30-foot-high deck was high enough for me.

Nice angle there. Looks as though it could go walking away.
I would worry about that falling on my head.....ouch....
Looks like you could go even higher if you climbed the ladder on the back left leg!
Nice red color there. It'd be quite a view from the top of the tower!
The camera angle and the partial silhouetting are nice features of the picture.
I guess the fierce red color kind of makes it look like a guard tower to me.
